The Brenva Institute

About Brenva

The Brenva Institute was founded in the 1990's by Robert Glaze as a vehicle for his research as a general systems theorist and to implement his thinking as a complexity and emergence practitioner for the benefit of his public and private sector corporate clients worldwide.

The Brenva Institute brings a blend of academic processes, research initiatives and pragmatic, commercially focused approaches, that deliver an immediate and high value contribution in the coordination and leverage of complexity for a competitive advantage.

The Brenva Institute is focused on the concept of emergence and competitiveness of corporations and executives in complex environments. We also are committed to the required development and scalability of executives and organizations to be effective competitors in this increasingly complex world.

Since 1998 Brenva has had research programs in Amsterdam in the Netherlands and India with administrative and development activities in Chicago and Colorado.

Robert Glaze has been a practitioner in residence with the Oxford Strategic Leadership Program at Said Business School and is currently a founding member of the Oxford Praxis Forum where he serves as Moderator of the Forum and a Visiting Research Associate, located within Green Templeton College at Oxford University, England.
